With most of the market catered towards 100-200k builds, Glampervan's 45k core build sought to accommodate a broader consumer audience while maintaining optimal features and durability.

I managed the production of eight Glampervan batches, overseeing project management, delegating tasks, and contributing directly to execution.
I introduced anticipatory inventory accounting to prevent shortages, streamlining procurement and reducing downtime.To enhance efficiency, I developed a flow-chart system to address bottlenecks proactively and utilized CNC machining for precise, consistent, and time-saving modular components.
With task management software, I allocated resources, tracked progress, and maintained clear communication within our agile team, ensuring an efficient process that met deadlines, upheld quality, and optimized resources.
I collaborated with the CEO to develop an invigorating new website that catered not only towards concise and engaging product education, but also expedited the customer sales cycle.
To do so, I first addressed brand trust through the development of both testimonial and comprehensive feature overview webpages.
Next I targeted the point of greatest friction in the sales cycle, the phone and email based quoting system, and improving it to be expedited for both customer and seller by developing an interactive self-quoting system.
I designed and produced print signage, banners, and brochures distributed to an audience of over 5,000 individuals, ensuring a cohesive brand identity and clear, impactful messaging across all materials.
By carefully aligning visual elements with organizational branding guidelines, I enhanced recognition and trust. I also prioritized readability and engagement, tailoring layouts and content to effectively communicate key messages to diverse audiences, resulting in a professional and consistent presentation.
I created original content by leveraging trending audio, reels, and Meta Business Suite, utilizing both unpaid and paid targeted strategies.
